Reservations
Yes. After successful registration a link/iframe/qr code for the booking form will be generated for you, which you can add to your website. You can find this link after logging in to the reservation system in the Reservation form section.
Our booking system allows you to customize the booking form according to your taste.
You can upload your own logo, employee photos, and service photos. You can also change the text and background colors.
Loyalty cards
Digital loyalty cards are a modern replacement for plastic cards that customers store directly in the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app on their mobile phones.
They serve to identify the customer, display up-to-date information about bookings, and allow them to receive practical push notifications.
A customer can add a digital loyalty card to their Google or Apple Wallet on their phone.
This way, they always have it with them. They can see the date and time of their next booking on the card.
If the customer's phone is connected to the internet, they can receive push notifications on the card, such as reminders about upcoming appointments.
Customers can download their digital card themselves immediately after making a reservation.
You can also generate a card for them directly at your premises. In the customer profile, you will find the "generate card" option, which creates a unique QR code.
Once the customer scans it with their mobile phone, the loyalty card is automatically saved to their mobile wallet.
A push notification appears as an alert on the customer's phone.
You can use this option instead of SMS notifications. You can also send bulk push notifications to all customers.
Based on the address of your business, you can display GEO notifications to customers.
This notification will appear whenever customers are within 100 meters of your location.
Waiting list
If a customer is interested in a time slot that is already booked, they can sign up for the waiting list as a substitute.
If the slot becomes free, the customer automatically receives an SMS or email where they can confirm their booking.
When the requested slot becomes available, a notification is sent to all substitutes waiting for that time.
In such a case, the slot goes to the first person who confirms it.
Gift Cards
A gift voucher is essentially a voucher containing a 6-digit code that the customer can enter during the booking process.
You can easily sell vouchers through your booking page. Just create the types of gift vouchers you want to offer in the system.
You can choose from 3 types of gift vouchers:
1. Discount code: After entering, the customer receives a percentage discount on the entire booking.
2. Free entries: The customer receives a specified number of entries and pays nothing during the booking.
3. Prepaid credit: The customer can book services up to the amount of credit remaining on the voucher. Multiple bookings can be made until the credit is exhausted.
If the customer books online, they can enter the 6-digit code directly during the booking process.
If they book by phone and you create the reservation, you can enter the code manually. The code can also be added later if needed.
Yes, once you create the voucher types, the option to purchase a voucher will automatically appear on your booking form.
The payment mediation fee is 2.8% of the total payment amount + 0.30 €.
The minimum payment amount is 5.00 €.
Yes. You can generate and print gift vouchers in advance and then sell them directly at your location.
These vouchers are not active by default and do not have a pre-filled expiration date. They activate only when you mark them as sold in the system.
Payments and advance payments
For each of your services, you can determine the amount you require from the contractor in advance. It can be the full amount for the service or only a part of it.
If the customer books an appointment for such a service with a payment obligation, he will be redirected to the payment gateway when booking. After payment, his reservation will be confirmed. The customer will have 30 minutes to pay. During this time, his appointment will remain occupied. However, if payment is not made within 30 minutes, the reservation will be canceled and the date will be freed up for next customer.
After the end of the month, you will be sent a bill. Payments will be made to your account once a month. Always for the previous month. You will be able to see all transactions in the administration interface.

Notifications
After making the reservation, your customer will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain all important information regarding the reservation, such as place, date and time. In addition, the email will also contain a quick link to save the date in the Google or Apple calendar.
SMS notifications can be activated and set in the administration interface. Your customers or employees will subsequently receive SMS notifications about the upcoming date of the reservation, the creation of the reservation, or the cancellation of the reservation. You can also set the text and timing of the message.
To send SMS notifications, you first need to top up credit in your Booqme account in the Overview section. The minimum credit top-up amount is €10. The price of one SMS is €0.07. Every 70 characters counts as one message.
SMS notifications can only be sent to phone numbers in the following countries:
Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Croatia, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg , Macedonia, Hungary, Malta, Monaco, Germany, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Ukraine, Vatican and Great Britain
The price for all these countries is the same, 0.07 € per message. Every 70 characters counts as 1 SMS message.

Yes. The starter package will always be free for you. You will be able to create 100 bookings per month.
Our reservation system works as a web application. So you don't have to download or install any application on your phone. However, you can add it to your desktop so you don't have to enter the web address every time.
